After you pick your unit size and type, the next step is the actual move — and that's where things usually get complicated. Truck rentals mean long lines, mileage surcharges, and return-window stress. Borrowing a friend's pickup means working around their schedule.
Our move-in truck is a full-size 14-foot box truck, available to all new tenants at no extra charge. It has plenty of room for the bulky stuff — couches, rugs, furniture, anything that doesn't fit neatly into boxes.
Once you've signed your lease, just work with our on-site manager Tyler to schedule a pickup window that works for you. Fill out a quick liability waiver and you're on your way.
What comes with the truck
- Protective blankets — Keep your furniture and valuables safe during transit.
- Loading ramp — Roll heavy items on and off without lifting.
- Appliance dolly — Move refrigerators, washers, and other heavy appliances.
- Full tank of gas — Truck leaves with a full tank — return it the same way.
The truck leaves full. Please return it with a full tank and clean so it's ready for the next tenant. You'll need to arrange your own help for loading and unloading.

Sign the quick liability waiver, grab the keys, and move at your own pace. Return it clean with a full tank and you're done.

- How do I reserve the move-in truck?
- Once you've signed your rental agreement, work with our on-site managers to pick a window that fits your schedule. We'll have you fill out a simple liability waiver and you're ready to go.
- How long can I borrow the truck?
- As long as you need for your move — overnight, over a weekend, or across multiple days for a larger move. Just communicate your plans with our on-site staff so we can plan accordingly.
- What is included with the truck?
- The truck comes with protective blankets (for use during transit only), a loading ramp, and an appliance dolly. It is supplied with a full tank of gas — please return it full.
- What size truck is it?
- It's a 14-foot box truck — enough for the contents of a small apartment or a large amount of furniture. Think: queen-size bed, sofa, dining table with chairs, and several boxes.
- Can I make multiple trips?
- Yes. You can make as many trips as you need. Just discuss any plans for an extended loan with management ahead of time so they can plan around other tenants.
- Is there a charge for the truck?
- None. The move-in truck is completely free for new tenants. Return it clean and with a full tank and you're all set.
