How Does Our Move-In Vehicle Work?

It’s pretty simple. Once you’ve completed your rental agreement, you’ll work with our on-site managers to schedule a time for you to borrow the move-in truck. You’ll complete a simple rental agreement and liability waiver and pick a window that works for your move.

How Long Can I Have the Move-In Truck?

We try to best meet the needs of all of our tenants. If needed you can borrow the truck overnight, over a weekend, or for a large move over multiple days. We just ask that you communicate with our onsite staff and always return the truck clean and with a full tank!

What Comes with the Vehicle?

Our vehicles are equipped with several features to assist you during your move:​
• Protective Blankets: To safeguard your valuables, our trucks include blankets. Please use them only during transit and ensure they remain in the truck at all times.​
• Loading Ramp: Each vehicle comes with a ramp to facilitate easy loading and unloading of your items.​
• Appliance Dolly: For your convenience, an appliance dolly is provided to help move heavy items.​
• Fuel Policy: Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of gas. We kindly ask that you refill the tank before returning the vehicle to ensure availability for the next customer.​

Please note that while we provide these tools, you will need to arrange for your own manpower to assist with the move.

What Can I Fit in the Truck?

Our 14-foot box truck is a great option for moving the contents of a small apartment or a large amount of furniture. It can typically hold the contents you would store in one of our 10×10 units. It will be able to comfortably move items like a queen-size bed, a sofa, a dining table with chairs, and several boxes.

Can I make multiple trips?

Yes, you are free to make multiple trips to transport all of your items. Just make sure to discuss any plans for an extended loan with management so that they can plan accordingly.
